1st of all it is fine to take "supplements" if you are of a normal, healthy age, and if you take them correctly (example: with caffine pills do NOT drink additional caffine). These "supplement" were created for said group not people who are on other forms of medication (blood thinners, anti-depressants, ect) that being said I always buy my "supplements" from a website called "prosource.net" I have done my homework and found that they are by far the cheapest place to buy supplements from.
