What are the observations seen for casein + heat & for casein + alcohol?

Casein as a protein obtained from milk. As such, it denatures when heating (loses its properties). The reaction with alcohol shows the same - the protein coagulates. The protein changes its structure due to breakage of H-bonds, therefore loses its properties (which depend mainly on its shape). So, in both cases, casein will denaturate.
