I am 20 years old and started really lifting around 8 months ago and i have yet to see any significant difference. My strength has gone up phenomenally though. i am 5 foot 10 inches 188 lbs with a 315 bench press and 415 squat but you would never be able to tell though. i eat a lot of food and intake at least 190 grams of protein a day and always have casein directly before sleep. i am on a 5 day split as well with three days of 25 min cardio.
