my work out buddies recommended me syntha 6 and casein protiens, so i got a couple pounds of both. but they were confusing on when to take it and how much fluid u drink it with. i need help, are these the type of proteins to gain lean muscle and lose weight? im 152, 5'5". i would like to see visable muscle.. haha. all i want to do is drink this shake and take a multivitamin. and so far i lost 17 pounds.
