Casein whey protein question? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!?

Casein and whey are two different protein profiles. Whey is more easily digested and absorbed and that's why it's the choice for the "magic hour" after training. Casein is slower digesting and is great for before bedtime to keep one's body from going catabolic and burning muscle in your sleep. Casein is readily available as cottage cheese, or if you choose, there are casein powders. If memeory serves me correctly though, BSN's Syntha-6 powders contain a mixture of both types of protein.
