For My Protein intake I eat Plently of Lean Chicken, Lean Steaks, Lean Ham, Lean Turkey, Whey and Casein Protein. I hate fish! I hate the taste the smell everything about it. I know fish is good for the body but can't I just take fish oil. If I need too I'll eat it but wont the above mentioned do me just fine for my protein? and yes I eat plenty of veggies and grains
