Whats the best bang for your buck with PROTEIN!?

if your 5'11 147 and flabby i assume you dont have alot of muscle tone honestly you dont need protein focus on getting a good weight training program first then fix you diet bump up your water consumption. . and get on a running schedule..... protein that isnt used gets stored as fat and makes expensive toilet wast lol..... after you get in shape have a quality diet and drink lots of water.... then maybe think about a protien supp. but till then forget about it... honestly best protein source is baked chicken breasts no skin, tuna, peanut butter sandwiches, milk.. also eat lots of fiber and veggies thats all you need plus that **** a gnc and everywehre else is sugary crap!!
