I go to the gym 4-6 times usually around 7 or 8 at night, because I work 9-5. I take GNC Pro Performance Wheybolic Extreme 60 post workout and was wondering when I should take Dymatize Elite Whey and Casein Protein (slow release protein). Should take it before bed? Or in the morning when I wake up? My concern is that if I take it before bed, with having taken the X60 a few hours before, would it be less effective? Also, I go to bed pretty late, usually around 1 in the morning
