Is this a good workout plan?
So I m trying to lose some fat so you can see my abs, I do about five machines for abs in the gym I do 3 to 4 sets each and about fifteen reps per set, I do twenty minutos of cardio with an incline of 3 at about four miles per hour I burn about 140 calories0 in those twenty minutes, I eat a 1200 calorie diet it consits of lean meats no fat yogurt, low calorie cheese at times for snacks, fruits vegetables and some casein before bed, I also eat special k in the morning or whole wheat oat meal and an egg also when I cook my chicken I use no calorie pan spray oil is this a good fat loss routine? I forgot to mention I work out every other part of my body I'm a heavy lifter, so any opinions? I have a pretty fast metabolism in how long can I lose some good fat weight?
