Is this a good diet to build muscle?
Ya man, you obviously know what you're doing. Keep it low carb and high protein. Try to incorporate some dairy products with high protein such as yogurt and cottage cheese if you like it. Other than that, you are doing extremely well. If you have a naturally high metabolism, you need to keep eating and eating and eating. If you're like me, I can build muscle relatively easy but also gain fat kind of easy, you need to do cardio, about 30 minutes after your lifting sessions, to keep the fat off. You're going to get bigger but you have to lift and heavy everytime you work out, if you don't do this, you won't get as big. But overall, you have a great diet bro keep at it, it takes time.
