I feel so guilty and responsible ?

my younger sister is in great debt, my husband and I helped paid for half and plan on paying the rest when we can. Despite our good deeds, she still doesn't respect any of us, she is arrogant, heartless and very cheeky. She doesn't even listen to our old sick mother. Due to this my husband has vowed not to help her anymore, now she is gonna go to jail for the rest of the money she owes. I also don't even have any money to help her with, I'm pregnant and broke. Only God knows what how she spent all those money. Now I feel so guilty that she is gonna be arrested.. What do I do? should I feel bad for her?
