Drink milk, and when you work out don't do wimpy exercizes. Do multiple muscle exercizes like squats bench powercleans deadlift military press. Increase weight every workout. Do 5 reps 3 work sets. You'll gain some muscle. I didn't take any suplements just a gallon of whole milk. If your lactose intollerant drink protein shakes.
