Help with weight loss...protein shakes?

Health is the key to weight loss and it is all in the food so don't eat any monosodium gluetomate also know as "MSG" and don't eat alot maybe desserts and drink mostly water and a good amont of it and try not to eat fast food at all and fit lots of fruits and vegetables in your meals and don't eat very much grain/bread products and take a 15 minute walk every day and keep ur gym work going and I guarantee you'll be healthier and lose several pounds!
