Does a neg pregnancy test after miscarrige mean my Hcg level is 0?

No it doesnt.. Could mean its around 10 or so.. Possibly in the teens. Most pregnancys tests do not detect that low. I just had a d&c... My levels dropped really quick and am pregnant again.. I didnt wait for my first cycle.. I was told to even if i had,had a natural misscarriage so either way you are supposed to wait. But its sooo hard bc you truly are most fertile around this time. I say if you are ready go for it! Goodluck and lots and lots baby dust girl!!
